LocalDevVPN is used to install apps signed with your Apple ID. Letra needs a Remote Pairing file for LocalDevVPN.

Save the Remote Pairing file so you can import it into Letra.
Import the pairing file

Open Letra and import your Remote Pairing file.

Letra can then use the pairing information with LocalDevVPN.
Install apps with LocalDevVPN
After signing an IPA with your Apple ID, use LocalDevVPN to install the signed app.
Your pairing file may stop working after an iOS update or device reset. If that happens, create a new pairing file and import it again.
